34 New non IIM Management Institutes to use CAT 2008 Scores

34 New Management Institutes to use CAT 2008 Scores – Apart from seven IIMs, CAT 2008 will also decide fate of aspirants keep to join over hundred leading B-schools. According to CAT bulletin released on June 12, a total of 102 B-schools will be officially using the CAT 2008 scores.

Around 41 Institutes who earlier ware using CAT scores for their admission process have opted out this year.

Common Admission Test (CAT) 2008 Notification is out – CAT 2008 on November 16, 2008
CAT is the gateway to the cream of management institutes in India, the IIMs. CAT, or the Common Admission Test, is an aptitude test; it is the most popular test among prospective management students because it is accepted by the best institutes. CAT entrance exam is used as a criteria to shortlist applicants for admissions to the six IIMs-IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, and IIM Kozhikode.
