  1. XLRI announces Admission to its Management Programmes

The need for management education in today’s world for effective performance is a forgone conclusion. While experience might have been the backbone of effective performance in the corporate world of yesterday, knowledge and continuous learning is the mainstay amongst the best of organisations today. Possessing a management education is also one of the key prerequisites for career progression within one’s current organisation.

XLRI—one among India’s top four private B-Schools—has evolved several Post Graduate Certificate programmes across various streams such as Business Management, Human Resource Management, Labour & Industrial Law, Retail Management and Sales & Marketing Management in order to satisfy this thirst for knowledge and to provide working professionals with an opportunity to obtain a management education and a postgraduate certificate while pursuing their current occupation.

The primary objective of these management programmes is to provide the participant with the critical subject knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge in the workplace.

Spread over 12 months, the curriculum is very intensive and useful from a corporate management viewpoint. It includes project work, lecture series, case methods, group work, term papers, assignments, dissertations and a campus contact component at XLRI Jamshedpur for 5-7 days.

The lectures are delivered on Reliance World’s Virtual Classroom platform, which is powered by world-class Video Conferencing infrastructure. Virtual Classrooms enable participants to attend the lectures from a location nearest to them. The Virtual Classroom simulates a real classroom environment wherein participants see and interact face-to-face with the faculty just the way they would in a real classroom—seeing, hearing and even asking questions.
