		<description><![CDATA[Yes this is cheating. When every bank needed minimum 60% , what was the need for the IBPS to set only &quot;Any  graduate degree&quot;. Secondly, 60% marks criterion is very unreasonable as even SBI,RBI and UPSC don&#039;t set such high eligibility conditions.Different universities  follow different marking practices.And the purpose of an entrance exam is bring all the candidates on a common plat-form.Its highly unfortunate..]]></description>
